The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the US Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test, planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity. The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team! SPA has a near-term need for Emerging Technology Support Professionals (mid-level). Responsibilities The successful candidates will work as members of the Caledonia Program Emerging Technology Support team and perform the activities required for developing and implementing customer approved Emerging Technology processes, strategies and approaches within the portfolio management framework. Emerging technologies are identified through research and development efforts, market analysis, and trend forecasting fostering collaboration between academia, industry and government. The emerging technology process is dynamic and involves a collaborative effort to harness new innovations that can drive significant changes across various organizations. By understanding this process, stakeholders can better prepare for the future and leverage these technologies for advancement purposes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish emerging technology processes, strategies, and approaches. Document capability gaps and technology gaps in accordance with Government Reference Requirements Guidance. Develop and deliver an IT system and service technology roadmap that includes technology gap assessments and technology insertion plans. Design, manage, implement, and account for technology interfaces in support of office and groups. Conduct resource and technology investment reviews identifying interrelationships with other enterprise processes, cost, schedule, and performance, and present improvements to the Government. Qualifications Required Qualifications: US Citizenship with TS/SCI + Poly clearance at date of application Please discuss specific polygraph requirements with an SPA Talent Acquisition professional Bachelors degree in related field 4+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities such as the tasks above NRO or IC mission experience Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to report to designated work location in Chantilly, VA, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer Desired Qualifications: BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or AI certification Familiarity with JIRA/ Confluence Knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption
