Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS or related roles.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at ensuring accuracy and data integrity in systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Understanding of HR processes and data, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced/growth-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work onsite at SPA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews and processes day-to-day actions in the HRIS.
- Responds to HRIS inquiries, providing technical support, training, and guidance to users across the organization.
- Support HRIS projects, collaborating on the planning processes and working as a key member on project teams.
- Responds to requests for reports and conducts analysis on data to ensure data integrity
- Stay abreast of the latest HR technology trends and innovations, recommending upgrades or new systems to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
