SPA has an IT Project Management Support.


Responsibilities

IT Program and Project Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of multiple IT projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role involves developing program roadmaps, tracking metrics, managing risks, and ensuring fiscal discipline across the division's budget. The manager will also document project scopes, schedules, and deliverables, facilitate collaboration across teams, and ensure successful completion of all project outcomes. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to manage program governance, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement effectively.

The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, etc.  Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  Salary Range: $113k - $148K.


Qualifications

 

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 
  • 3-5 years' experience
  • Ability to develop program plans, project schedules, and trackers using available tools
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • In-depth knowledge of (SharePoint, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset to work across sections
  • Experience in attending meetings, documenting minutes, and capturing action items
  • An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
