Responsibilities This role will serve as a Patriot Hardware Obsolescence Engineer. The incumbent shall have knowledge and experience of the Patriot Radar System and supporting components of the Patriot Missile System. Support a team of multi-functional government and contractor personnel to support modernization and sustainment of the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (GSE) with a focus on obsolescence. Provides Obsolescence management, forecasting, engineering change guidance, and execution of DMSMS plan across IFMC portfolio. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years relevant experience FMS experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Effective communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal with various levels of stakeholders 5 – 10 years Patriot Missile System / Support Equipment Experience Secret security clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment Desired Qualifications: STEM Master's degree Experience working in Defense ecosystem (e.g., familiarity with requirements process, developing retrofit kits, supporting engineering fielded systems)
