Responsibilities We are seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer/Analyst to support IFPC with system hardware or system testing at contractor facilities and test ranges. Upon selection, the candidate will directly work with SHIELD T&E Director to ensure integration with the product's success through rigorous engineering methods and technical expertise. Additionally, the T&E Engineer/Analyst will support SHIELD T&E Integration Fires and Integrated Fires Test Campaigns (IFTC) efforts and multidisciplinary Integrated Product Teams to develop solutions that support developmental, test, and operational goals. The selected test engineer/analyst in this position is expected to be self-motivated, possessing strong written and verbal communications skills, and support or lead the following events/items including: 1) Coordinating test range requirements and schedules (examples: White Sands Missile Range, Dugway Proving Ground, Eglin AFB, etc.), 2) Test plan and objectives development: Test requirements development Test documentation preparation & review Test resources planning and coordination Qualifications BS in Engineering or Science from an accredited college or university Minimum of 16 years' experience with BS or 14 years' experience with a MS Up to 25% travel
