Description
Spectrum's Mobile program will provide access to medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) throughout the City of Worcester using a specially equipped van. This mobile program will target high-need populations who have been unable to access treatment under traditional, brick-and-mortar models. Target sites to improve access and engagement in treatment include shelters, food banks, homeless encampments, isolated neighborhoods and locations with a high-incidence of overdose events.
Location: Worcester, MA - Mobile Unit
Pay rate: $29.00/hour (LPN), $32.00/hr (RN) Benefits:

- Must be a Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must have a current CPR certificate or obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
- Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
- Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.
- Experience in substance abuse/mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
- Transporting/disseminating medications from Spectrum's Mobile Unit to clients throughout the city of Worcester, MA.
- Medical monitoring of MOUD, helping to facilitate admissions, coordinate dose communication with patients, multidisciplinary communication within all parties and entities.
