WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work with our Engineering & Quality teams to make data meaningful.
- Collect and analyze production, quality, and warranty data.
- Create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that highlight problem areas and opportunities.
- Prepare customer-facing warranty reports that show real results.
- Help improve how we analyze and present data to drive smarter decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
- How data analysis supports real engineering and quality projects.
- Building reports and dashboards that influence leadership and customers.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, data visualization, and (if interested) advanced
- tools like Power BI, Python, or SQL.
- Team collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Current college student pursuing Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related major.
- Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
- Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working with teams.
