You will need to demonstrate the following.

  • Ability to map Intelligent Automation capabilities to support Finance Sector accounts
  • Executive Rapport, ability to recognise and understand their objectives, at the most senior level and able to communicate strategic value, with passion and energy 
  • You will have a ‘challenger' mindset and be able to facilitate and manage difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Ability to attract senior sponsors/champions within the customer organization, identify and build compelling events, quantify the impact of Blue Prism solution through building compelling business cases.
  • Delivering predictable revenue. Ability to drive close plans including a clear understanding of the buying process, decision making process, paper process within the customer organization, building close plans aligned with the customer team and leveraging executive relationships to confirm close plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate and own the medium and long-term execution of the accounts' strategy, incorporating partners and building a pipeline that ensures the potential to meet or exceed quota.
  • Proficient and experienced in using a structured sales process (like MEDDICC) and drive Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management, Pipeline partnerships that

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong FSI background with a proven track record selling into major French banks and financial services organisations (e.g., BNP Paribas, Société Générale, BPCE, Crédit Agricole, Amundi, etc.).
  • Extensive experience selling SaaS and enterprise software solutions into complex, highly regulated financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with C‑level, COO, CIO, CTO, Head of Operations, and transformation leaders.
  • Experience selling AI, automation, workflow, or digital transformation tools that require strong value articulation and ROI positioning.
  • Proven success in building and running account plans, expanding installed base, and driving strategic account growth.
  • Solid experience working with global and local partners/integrators, especially Accenture, AWS, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Sopra Steria, and relevant ecosystem players.
  • Ability to sell business outcomes, not just technology—comfortable with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
  • High autonomy, maturity, and capability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ideally based in Paris despite the role will be remote.
  • Native or fluent French with strong English proficiency for internal and partner interactions.
