About the Role

This role has become available as part of our commitment to enhancing the delivery of Depositary Services and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Depositary Services, this position will involve managing the day-to-day delivery of services, acting as a key point of contact for internal clients, and developing subject matter expertise in depositary-related areas.

With responsibilities ranging from cash flow monitoring to ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, this role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates to deepen their expertise in a dynamic, client-focused environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Depositary Services and assist in overseeing the daily operations of the department.
  • Ensure consistent day-to-day delivery of Depositary Services, maintaining adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on all aspects of depositary-related services and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct and review core depositary tasks, including cash flow monitoring, asset safekeeping, and operational oversight.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory and industry developments, ensuring compliance with the latest standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to manage workload effectively and ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in depositary services or a similar financial services role, including day-to-day operations and service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including compliance with local and international standards.
  • Experience managing client relationships, acting as a point of contact, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with key depositary functions such as cash flow monitoring, asset safekeeping, and oversight duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams to manage workloads and ensure seamless operations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry trends, with the ability to adapt to changes and maintain compliance.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting service-level agreements.
