Client Administration Associate – Private Insurance

Locations: Kansas City, MO Hybrid or Remote | Hybrid

The Client Administration Associate's objective will be to maintain the client service functions to support Private Placement Life Insurance product structures in a high quality and timely manner.  These functions include monetary and clerical transaction processing, Private Placement Memorandum Supplement distribution, FinCen reviews and quality control functions.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Execute monetary and clerical functions in accordance with client instructions.
  • Respond to client requests (oral and written).
  • Maintain data on the administration system.
  • File/maintain client documentation in the Client Files.
  • Execute bulk mailings such as the PPM Supplement function, Privacy Mailings and other client notifications.
  • Execute quality control audits on prepared and processed work items.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred and 2-4 years' experience in a similar role in an insurance, financial services, or investment environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • The ability to maintain working relationships with clients.
  • Desire to learn and become proficient in the client service functions.
  • Maintain a service-oriented approach to our internal and external clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with quickly changing requirements/priorities when needed.
  • Excellent customer service skills & experience along with influential communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
