Job Description:
The Blue Prism Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated workflows using Blue Prism. The role involves collaborating with IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure automation processes using Blue Prism.
- Conduct testing and debugging of automated solutions.
- Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to analyze and design process automation workflows.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in design and development.
- Document process definitions and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of RPA architecture and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge in Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Change Request, Bug Fixes, and Process Enhancement and End to End development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Experience with process automation and business process re-engineering.
- Programming languages such as Python, C# or Java are mandatory.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a similar discipline is required.
- Good communication skills.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism.
