What You Will Get To Do:

The Business Management Analyst will support SS&C GlobeOp's Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Leadership team. The role will help manage cross-functional initiatives, improve internal processes, and support the execution of strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver tracking of strategic business initiatives for the Executive Team
  • Design internal and external presentations for the Executive Team
  • Lead or support projects assigned by the Executive Team, conducting research and analysis to drive to completion
  • Coordinate internal and external events which support strategic business priorities
  • Facilitate internal messaging strategies and communication across the business such as Town Halls, Newsletters, and other informational material
  • Contribute to the management of employee engagement activities


What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with Business Visualization Tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial services industry
  • Experience working directly with senior executives
  • Exposure to strategic planning or operational improvement initiatives
