Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

*Key responsibilities

1. Salesforce Administration & System Ownership

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce across operations
  • Manage user access, permissions, roles, and group structures
  • Maintain and enhance:
    • workflows, process builders, Lightning components
    • dashboards, reports, and case management functionality
  • Support incident management, defect resolution, and ServiceNow tickets
  • Collaborate with platform/studio teams for system enhancements
  • Ensure strong data quality, integrity, and governance controls
  • Provide training, onboarding, and guidance to end users
