What You Will Get To Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Operations Analyst to join our Operational Change Team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence by supporting the implementation of process improvements, change initiatives, and continuous improvement projects across the organisation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure the successful adoption of change and deliver positive business outcomes.

  • Assist in the delivery of change management strategies across key initiatives

  • Support the completion of change impact assessments and readiness activities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date change documentation

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand change impacts

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure they understand changes and implications

  • Prepare materials to support stakeholder communications

  • Assist in developing clear, targeted communication materials

  • Coordinate training and capability-building activities

  • Support the distribution of change-related communications

  • Align change activities with key project milestones and timelines

  • Track change-related risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Monitor change adoption and provide insights into readiness and feedback

  • Contribute to leadership and governance reporting

  • Assist in developing and refining change tools, templates, and frameworks

  • Support the delivery of projects and improvement initiatives

  • Complete other tasks as required

What You Will Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, operations, or a related field

  • Training or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable

  • 2–4 years' experience in operations, change, or business analyst roles

  • Experience in process improvement, change initiatives, or operational projects

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams or corporate/shared services environments

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project

  • Quick to learn new systems and processes

  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, change-focused environment
