Job Title: Operations Analyst

Locations: Denver, CO, Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid

What You Will Get To Do: 

  • Execute operations activities, including but not limited to, transaction processing, tax payments, and account maintenance timely with extreme accuracy
  • Input and maintain and update client data in InnoTrust, InnoPay and other systems
  • Process cash, wire, ACH, check, securities, and other financial transactions
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations; research and resolve out-of-balances
  • Manage personal workload, assist teammates, and escalate issues when needed
  • Adhere to documented processes to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal departments, vendors, and partners
  • Collaborate with client relationship teams to resolve client issues
  • Provide timely user support and follow-up on client service requests
  • Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures
  • Assist in audits by gathering and organizing required data
  • Participate in internal projects as needed

What You Will Bring: 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy within strict deadlines
  • Willingness to challenge and improve current processes
  • Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly

Preferred Experience:

  • Financial services experience including reconciliation, shadow posting, processing cash and securities transactions
  • Knowledge of trust operations, financial markets, securities, or retirement industries
  • InnoTrust, BlackDiamond, Advent ACD, InnoPay, SQL
