Graduate Programme: Associate, Client Service Management
Location: Basildon or London (Hybrid – 6 office days per month)
Start Date: September 2025
Programme Length: 18 months (permanent role)

You'll join a global tech and financial services company where you'll rotate through different parts of our Client Service Management team, shadow experienced Client Service Managers, and learn how we support some of the biggest names in the industry. By the end of the programme, you'll be managing your own portfolio of clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Shadow experienced Client Service Managers and learn how we support clients
- Rotate across different teams to build a full picture of how we work
- Be a key contact for clients and help solve their day-to-day queries
- Work with different teams to make sure we deliver great service
- Spot ways we can work smarter and more efficiently, your ideas matter
- Learn how to manage multiple clients and deadlines with confidence
What we're looking for:
- A 2:2 degree or above (ideally in business or something similar)
- Great communication skills written and spoken
- Organised, reliable, and good at managing your time
- Comfortable using data and Microsoft Office tools
- A team player who stays calm under pressure
- Someone who's curious, creative, and always looking to improve how things are done

The Details:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm
- We can't offer visa sponsorship for this role
- Assessment Day for Role: 6 August 2025 in Basildon
- You can be based in either our Basildon or London on your office working days.
