Job Description
This Resourcing Leader role will focus on ensuring that SS&C maintain a central resource knowledge, recording the current and future project resourcing requirements for AU Delivery resources.
Reporting to the Capability Director they will be a networking and proactive manager, strong and assertive to engage with people and understand them and the roles they will be working in. Able to engage with the stakeholders across the SS&C domains, sales, product, delivery, change to ensure our workforce planning remains accurate with allocation prioritised according to company guidelines.
Driving weekly resourcing meetings to manage bench and utilization and bi-weekly horizon scanning meetings to look at what is in the sales pipeline. Working with the capabilities and delivery verticals they will build an intimate knowledge of our resources, what they are working on, their strengths and weaknesses.
Whilst we expect all our employees to do what needs to be done to demonstrate their support of SS&C, below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:
Resourcing:
Maintain a single central EMEA resourcing database recording project assignment, start, and end dates for all change resources
Facilitate the prioritisation of resource assignment to projects with the applicable stakeholders across the SS&C domains
Track long-term forecast demand and plan workforce accordingly
Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition to ensure that recruitment requirements are raised in line with lead time for project start dates
Facilitate the balance of supply/demand with project managers and engineering managers
Support short term ‘resource prioritisation across projects
Build relationships with 3rd parties to be able to flex up demand or bring niche skills in when needed.
Reporting:
Collaborate transversely and globally across the organisation to ensure data source of truth is agreed and a standard set of resourcing reports are available.
