Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle activities including trade capture, settlements, drawdowns, paydowns, interest processing, and reconciliations
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all loan-related transactions in SS&C Loans
  • Monitor daily workflows, resolve exceptions, and ensure SLAs are consistently met
  • Review and validate accounting entries, cash movements, and reporting outputs

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts/associates
  • Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

Client Interaction

  • Act as a point of contact for clients for operational queries and escalations
  • Participate in client calls and provide updates on deliverables, issues, and improvements
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction

Process & Controls

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
  • Identify process gaps and drive automation/efficiency initiatives
  • Support implementation of new workflows, system enhancements, and client onboarding

Reporting & Governance

  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management
  • Support internal and external audits
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of loan products (term loans, revolvers, delayed draws, etc.)
  • Experience with loan servicing platforms (preferably SS&C Loans / Geneva / similar systems)
  • Knowledge of loan accounting, interest calculations, and cash flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA / CA / CFA or relevant finance qualification
  • Experience in asset management, fund administration, or loan servicing operations
  • Exposure to process automation or transformation initiatives
