Job Description
2 - 7 years in Transfer Agency with hands-on experience in NAV, custodian activities, and transaction processing
Should be willing to work from office (5 days/week) in night shift (7 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Process mutual fund transactions (purchases, redemptions, account setup, maintenance) with high accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
Perform NAV-related activities and coordinate with custodians to ensure timely and accurate fund operations.
Review and validate transactions, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues as required.
Handle queries from clients, advisors, and stakeholders; resolve operational issues efficiently.
Maintain strong attention to detail, meet productivity/quality targets, and support continuous process improvements
