What You Will Get To Do:
- Expert in Workday Reporting & Analytics
- Self-Starter who solves challenges with end-to-end, holistic, sustainable solutions
- Leads complex projects or tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
- Creates, designs and maintains custom reports (e.g. matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards as requested by functional users
- Maps data, creates and uses EIBs to load data into Workday, and leads in data validation to ensure data quality
- Works on special projects (e.g. reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions or divestitures)
- Provides Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now
- May design and facilitate HR training for new functionality, new releases, etc.
- Works in partnership with HR to listen for requirements, coach to success, and drive to execution
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related human resources experience
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in Workday Composite Reporting.
- Ideal candidate will have Workday Pro certification for Reporting
- Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast paced and evolving environment
- Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Must be willing to work on site at least 6 days/month
