Job Description: The Senior Blue Prism Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex automation projects. This role requires close collaboration IT groups and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of complex Blue Prism processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with IT leaders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and define project scope.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation processes to enhance performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA and related technologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of RPA architecture and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale RPA projects, preferably across diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of RPA infrastructure, including virtual environments, server configurations, and security best practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Blue Prism, including advanced development, architecture, and design skills.
• Strong knowledge in Process Studio, Control Room, Scheduling, Work Queues, Change Request, Bug Fixes, and Process Enhancement and End to End development.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully connect with Business and IT users.
• AD01 Certified -Recommended.
• Programming languages such as Python, C# or Java are mandatory.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL)
• Knowledge of software development methods like Agile and Waterfall.
• Create process solutions that adhere to Blue Prism design concepts and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a similar discipline is required.
• Understanding development tools and procedures will assist in developing use cases and designing project requirements.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing several demands.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in RPA development with a focus on Blue Prism.
