What You Will Get To Do:
- Responsible for developing and managing technology projects including cost, time and scope
- Responsible for project planning, communication planning, task allocation and milestone setting
- Create project and resource allocation plans to ensure projects and resources align
- Develop project schedules allowing for management and reporting of project status
- Incorporate Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies into network and unified communications project delivery
- Influence, mentor, and motivate project members without managerial authority to deliver projects on schedule
- Communicate project status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, effective, and timely manner
- Lead risk assessments, document and manage mitigation strategies and triggers
- Lead issue identification and resolution process
- Align project objectives with company goals and ensure the Project Team is clear on objectives
- Work with management to align priority and delivery expectations
What You Will Bring:
- 5-7 years of experience working with engineering teams to deliver projects requiring coordination between multiple teams across a range of functional groups
- Experience facilitating executive level status meetings and reporting
- Experience working with IT infrastructure, networking and unified communications teams
- Experience working autonomously and managing multiple projects at once
- Experience working with project tracking tools (e.g.; JIRA)
- Experience working on Agile teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
