What You Will Get To Do:
Work closely with peers, project, and product managers to deliver scalable SAAS products using REST API & Python language.
Design and implement underlying data models for applications and services to be scalable and maintainable (Relational and Document Based Databases).
Identify improvements and participate in innovating our tools and services that are at the foundation of our product.
Consistently apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies during the implementation of new features and the refactoring of existing code to ensure robust, maintainable, and well-tested software.
Provide operational support by fixing production issues. Researching new technology and development tools.
Establish a strong relationship with internal and external clients.
Serve as a knowledge resource to immediate team members. Ability to work in a client facing environment.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree Computer Science or related field, with experience in Capital Market domain are welcome.
3 –8 years' development experience in Python, SQL & Pandas
Experience with the Node JS is a plus.
Good knowledge on at least one object-oriented programming language such as C# or Java or python
Experience with any of the Cloud Providers like AWS/Google Cloud/Azure
Experience with Agile methodologies and knowledge of Scrum/Kanban (is a plus)
Familiarity with a DevOps environment
Familiarity with design patterns and microservices architecture
Self-motivated and can drive the team members.
Active interest in new technology and emerging engineering practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fintech/Capital markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
Attention to detail, positive attitude under stress.
