About The Role:
Senior Solution Consultants should be experienced sales engineering professionals, adept at defining solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of Blue Prism's customers. Senior Solution Consultants will play a critical role in ensuring overall revenue retention and growth, securing new customers, and supporting complex sales campaigns for the Canada region. This role is responsible for crafting technology solutions to solve customers' challenges while providing a platform aimed at transforming the way our customers operate. You will be responsible for working directly with customers as an overlay to create and present complete solution demos involving Blue Prism and Technology Alliance Partners. Finally, you will show leadership by leading by example and enabling the larger SE team to evangelize the solutions.
What You Will Get To Do:
- Create solutions for customers by pulling together technologies from many categories, including BPM, AI, ML, OCR, Discovery, Analytics, Cloud, Security, and MDM.
- Explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Deliver powerful presentations to both business and IT professionals.
- Support customer sales campaigns by creating collateral such as infrastructure diagrams, integration diagrams, demos, prototypes, and presentations.
- Work directly with the Solution Engineering to understand customers' challenges. Translate discovery work into viable solutions.
- Create “art of the possible” demos for sales and marketing teams.
- Consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keeping technical, communications, and business skills current with an emphasis on understanding emerging technologies
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet internal and external objectives
- This position will be a customer-facing position requiring a candidate with the technical skills and integrity to work with the Customer and Sales Team to design solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Foster teamwork and mentorship among the Sales Engineering team to encourage solution sharing and knowledge transfer
- Deliver and exceed on all performance targets
What You Will Bring:
- Technical background with a post sales or professional services track record within an application software company or business solutions organization.
- Proven complex technology solutioning to solve real customer challenges
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability and success in developing relationships at the C-suite level.
- Ability to understand and articulate the proposition at all levels from both a business and technical perspective
- Demonstrable energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to paint a vision, put a story around the Blue Prism proposition and articulate where it fits into the customer scenario.
- Serve as Trusted Advisor
- Ability to build long-term relationships both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners
- Technical knowledge of enterprise applications.
- High level knowledge of infrastructure (failover, business continuity, and DR).
- High level of knowledge of data privacy and security
- Additional desired skills include: AI, BI, BPM, ETL, RDBMS, SDLC, and software installation.
- 5+ years selling enterprise software
- 3+ years of experience in a senior Solution Architecture function is required, including managing technology projects
- Experience with Credential Management and Authentication such as CyberArk, Splunk, AD, and SAML 2.0
- 3+ years experience in cloud security. AZ500 Certification is high desirable.
- Successfully managed customer engagements to completion
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
- Exceptional verbal and written organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability & Initiative
- Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive & competitively aware. Proficient at explaining strengths & vulnerabilities
- Willingness to travel based on customer and business need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
