What You Will Get To Do:

The Learning & Development Senior Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning programs that drive employee skill development and performance. This role involves identifying training needs, creating tailored curricula, and leveraging diverse instructional methods, including eLearning, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Collaborating with key stakeholders, the Senior Specialist aligns learning initiatives with organisational objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development across the business.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and propose future-focused learning solutions.
  • Engage with subject matter experts, trainers, learners, and business unit representatives to gather feedback, ensure alignment with organisational goals, and address any concerns.
  • Design and develop engaging, impactful learning solutions, incorporating eLearning where appropriate.
  • Ensure all learning solutions reflect industry best practices and align with organisational objectives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancing knowledge transfer.
  • Deliver learning programmes that address the developmental needs of employees at all levels.
  • Support the delivery of mandatory compliance training.
  • Provide support for strategic L&OD initiatives that enhance people capabilities across the business.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of L&OD programmes aligned with organisational goals.
  • Support global talent management processes and practices.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of global strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the local implementation and management of global leadership development programmes, including delivery where appropriate.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience consulting with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align programs with business objectives.
  • Skilled in designing engaging learning solutions, including eLearning, and delivering programs across different organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Support leadership development programs and contribute to global talent management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in instructional design, eLearning platforms, and compliance requirements for mandatory training.
  • Understanding of global learning and organizational development strategies.
  • Degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related field; certifications in instructional design or L&D are a plus.
  • Experience in leadership development is highly desirable.
