What You Will Get To Do:
The Learning & Development Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the creation and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role includes assisting in the development of instructional materials, including eLearning content, coordinating training sessions, and providing administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of learning initiatives. The specialist collaborates with team members and stakeholders to identify training needs and actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of the organisation's learning culture.
- Manage the induction process to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.
- Support both local and offshore teams in implementing their induction programs, providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously enhance the induction process to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and time to competency.
- Assist in developing learning content and materials, including communications, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to the delivery of learning sessions and workshops when required.
- Coordinate and administrate development programs and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage logistics for workshops, training sessions, and learning events.
- Oversee the rollout of compliance and mandatory learning programs.
- Handle communication and participant enrolment for all learning programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants and stakeholders.
- Provide timely and proactive support to address inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors/partners.
What You Will Bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills for coordinating training programs.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools.
- Ability to develop and deliver clear, engaging learning materials.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing program challenges.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Familiarity with compliance and mandatory training requirements.
- Awareness of current trends in learning and development.
- Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management is a plus.
