Job Description

We are seeking a new Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions predominantly across Australia, but with the ability to support across the wider APAC region where necessary. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop strategic recruiting plans, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About the Role

  • Talent Strategy Development -Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment strategies, and establish talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Sourcing and Outreach - Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
  • Screening and Selection - Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including panel interviews and assessment centres if appliable.
  • Candidate Experience - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.
  • Data and Metrics - Track and analyse key recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire, etc.) and provide insights to improve processes and strategies.
  • Employer Branding - Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at job fairs, university events, and through digital channels.
  • Compliance and Reporting -  Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all candidate data and recruitment activities.
  • Partnership -  Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Your Experience

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field.
  • Experience in Financial Services of FinTech is preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting across APAC is preferred
  • Experience with recruitment tools.
  • Experience in Workday is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
