SS&C Algorithmics is seeking a candidate to join our ACM development and product team in a Technical Writer role, who will be responsible for producing and maintaining user and technical documentation for Algo Credit Manager (ACM) product. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of cloud-native project development, empowered by cutting-edge technology. This role will work with FinTech solution and technology experts to build and continuously innovate a suite of next generation risk solutions used by globally operating banks, asset managers, and insurance companies.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Through all phases of product development release cycles, continuously manage the English version of the business & technical ACM end-user documentation suite, including User Guides, Technical Notes, Build Notes and online solution online Help framework.
- Closely collaborate with business analysts, product managers and developers, to identify new, amended or deprecated product functionalities and describe their technical or business capabilities in a context, language and form enabling external end-users.
- Collaborate with Technical Writer peers on implementing corporate documentation standards cross SS&C solutions and products (including similar look-and-feel).
- Research technology trends and innovations in documentation space and propose modernization to how the information and capabilities of ACM product are shared and consumed by end-users.
What You Will Bring:
- Ability to create a document from rough specification through to a tested, edited, finished and polished professional publication.
- English native-speaker proficiency.
- Experience with structured XML, Markdown MD, Oxygen Author, DITA, AsciiDoc or similar languages and tools.
- Working experience in software development organizations or environments is an advantage.
- Solid orientation in credit risk management or financial service is an advantage.
