VP Relationship Manager
Location: Remote US

As a VP Relationship Manager for SS&C Innovest you will establish strategic account plans and objectives focused on new revenue growth, existing revenue retention, and client satisfaction. You will have engagement with clients at the most senior management levels conveying industry knowledge, managing contract, and cross selling activities.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Responsible for client contract renewals
- Responsible for assuring annual/contractual client price increases are completed
- Responsible for generating professional Service Revenue for assigned clients
- Representation: Internally represent the needs and voice of the client with SS&C Innovest
- Identify Clients at Risk alerting management an advising of risk mitigating actions
- Owning and pro-actively managing a portfolio of key client relationships
- Building trusted relationships with the Clients' key contacts (CFO, COO, etc.)
- Capturing client feedback to drive strategic change initiatives and trend analysis
- Articulating the benefits of SS&C services and business model to clients
- Fostering strong internal working partnerships within all SS&C service areas
- Identifying and assisting with SS&C cross-selling opportunities within existing client base
- Working closely with sales team and contributing to marketing efforts
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends and their potential impact on SS&C
- Participate in development of corporate initiatives (e.g. product development, marketing)
- Maintain CRM information including client call notes, contract status, cross selling opportunities
What You Will Bring:
- 4 Year College degree
- Experience with contract negotiations
- Strong Financial Industry service background, with a knowledge of Unique Assets
