Description

The Document Control Specialist will assist the New Accounts and Document Control Manager with creating, modifying, storing, organizing, and maintaining client-facing documents as well as assist department leaders in developing and documenting internal procedures.



What We're Looking For

  • Assist New Accounts and Document Control Manager with client-facing document development or modifications working directly with Legal, Marketing and Compliance.
  • Assist department leaders in developing or modifying non-client-facing documents such as procedures and quick reference guides.
  • Organize, manage and track client-facing documents.
  • Manage document inventory, archives and version control within the central repository.
  • Create and maintain communication templates.
  • Support the standardization of communication for Treasury Management and Deposit Operations.
  • Follows documentation retention and destruction schedules to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.


Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum Required: 1 year of related experience.
  • Financial Services background preferred.


Systems & Technology

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in SharePoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro
