Description

The Field Development Associate will provide administrative and logistical support to the Field Development team, assisting in the coordination and tracking of training programs for new Financial Advisor Trainees. This role will be responsible for maintaining program records, scheduling training sessions, and supporting the development of training materials. The associate will interact with Financial Advisor Trainees, Branch Managers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth program operations. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in financial services training and development.



What We're Looking For

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating training sessions, meetings, and webinars.
  • Maintain training records, tracking participant progress and ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Provide administrative support to the Field Development team, including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and onboarding documents.
  • Assist with onboarding new trainees by ensuring they have access to required resources and information.
  • Communicate program updates and deadlines to trainees, branch managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the tracking of licensing requirements and program milestones.
  • Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements for training events when necessary.
  • Assist in compiling reports and summaries related to trainee performance and training effectiveness.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the success of the Field Development program.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum Required: 2+ year of experience in an administrative, training, or financial services support role.


Licenses & Credentials

  • No licensing required; willingness to learn about financial services and industry regulations.

     



Systems & Technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or financial services platforms (e.g., Network Gateway, Thompson ONE) is a plus.
