Summary:

The Systems Engineer Configuration Manager is responsible for the firm's servers and infrastructure by ensuring our systems are operational. The Systems Engineer Configuration Manager assesses systems, determines problems, provides solutions to issues that arise, designs systems, upgrades systems, maintains systems, and brainstorms possible improvements that can be made to a system in the future. They are also responsible for working with teams to deploy new software and maintain existing software for the firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   • Creates control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization's quality standards.
• Engages in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational.
• Ensures that an organization operates at maximum efficiency, from manufacturing to distribution.
• Leads projects under minimal supervision.
• Speaks to and collaborates with various people, such as vendors, management, IT staff, and other Stifel associates, during the creation and maintenance of a system.
• Develop solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at the same time.   Qualifications:   • Able to package software to be distributed to the firm.
• Experience with Operating Systems Deployment.
• Ability to work with Intune, Group Policy, SCCM, Desktop Authority
• Ability to use logic and reasoning when troubleshooting complex issues.
• Ability to think outside the box; imagine innovative, practical solutions and designs.
• Understanding and appropriately responding to feedback.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate solutions to complex problems.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.     Education and Experience:   • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Information Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Required: 1+ years of experience in system administration.   Systems and Technology:  

• SCCM
• Intune
• Group Policy
• Desktop Authority
• Power Shell
• SQL
• Desktop knowledge 
• Server knowledge of Windows and Linux
