Description
The Treasury Management Portfolio Manager partners with Bankers (Treasury Deposit Specialists), Digital Solutions, Operations, Marketing and Client Services teams. The Manager works at the intersection of business and technology, tasked with identifying and articulating business needs and turning them into business requirements. The Manager bridges our business teams and our technology teams/vendors in an effort to get new products and capabilities to market. The Manager serves as liaison between Stifel Bank clients and Bank Operations.
What We're Looking For
- Performs treasury product onboarding and troubleshooting which includes online access, ACH, account transfers, RDC Installs and renewals
- Review, edit, and at times help create business processes and procedures related to the products and services as a way to build and retain institutional knowledge
- Prepares and compiles new customer application and information to open new accounts
- Advises customers of status or enhancements to current account productivity and suggests resolution on account disputes and other account activity
- Establishes and maintains relationships with Stifel clients in conjunction with Financial Advisors and Lenders
- Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate financial products and services
- Interview, investigate, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to determine areas of improvement and deficiency
- Research and resolve issues that impact client treasury services
- Assess products, services, rates and fees in the market and make recommendations to complete deposit relationship analysis
- Filter incoming new and existing relationship account and product onboarding to Treasury Specialists team
What You'll Bring
- Expert knowledge in Treasury Services and Business Banking with the ability to articulate functionality to clients, sales, operations and vendors alike
- Ability to work directly with clients at their locations, via web conferencing, or phone in support of advance setup and troubleshooting situations
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify complex problems, review related information and develop options and implement solutions
- Trusted and proven record of thinking critically to make informed decisions
- Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Required: 3+ years of experience in a financial institution
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
