Branch Manager Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values We care about our People and it shows!   Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY! Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday (55-60 Hrs./Wk.)

The primary objective of the Branch Manager at Sunstate equipment is to provide leadership while training and helping develop employees to provide the Sunstate standard of excellent customer service. You will be monitoring branch performance and keeping a keen eye out for opportunities that will improve processes and best business practices. Some key responsibilities include proactive fleet management, monitoring expenses to ensure profitability and strong financial performance, and working with the Sales Team in developing a diverse customer base, ultimately expanding the market share and growing revenues.   • Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, inside sales, transportation, P&L, and employee related items (payroll, scheduling, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Must have direct management experience, you will directly oversee branch personnel. 
  • Hire, develop, lead, and empower employees to make better business decisions.
  • Manage shop personnel to ensure timely service repairs and assist in priotization of work orders. 
  • Assist in the maintaining of company standards within the branch and it's equipment and fleet.
  • Manage key indicators for the branch such as utilization, unavailable fleet, on time delivery, and management of depriciation.  
  • Prepare yearly business plans with the metro and regional management teams, forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization, and overall branch growth.
