- Proven direct sales experience in outside sales (equipment rental, construction, or building supply industries a plus).
- You are self-driven to drive new business growth and market share in a territory, while maintaining and nurturing existing accounts.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment to manage leads, sales pipelines, and customer follow-ups.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to hold yourself to our standard of excellence ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage a territory efficiently by identifying customer needs to meet sales targets and goals.
