Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday Compensation: Base Salary + commission and incentives (new/reactivated accounts, used equipment sales) Sunstate Advantages

- 2 years Outside Sales experience required
- Having some experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Must be able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment: remain calm and efficient
- High quality control. Respect your work and make it known.
- Intermediate competency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs, Salesforce preferred
- Skilled and comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills
- Be an efficient and effective communicator and hold yourself to the Sunstate standard of excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while attending to customer needs and providing high level of follow-up
- Secure orders, locate new customers, plan sales calls, and make presentations demonstrating advantages of doing business with Sunstate Equipment
- Build Strong business relationships through respect for the customers and a sincere desire to service their business needs
- Establish and maintain persona working relationship with customers
- Solve customer's problems and provide assistance to product application
- Keep customers up to date on new products in Sunstate's fleet
- Keep familiar with new products available to Sunstate and inform management of customer's product needs
- Responsible for regularly and accurately report and document (using the Company systems e.g. CRM) all prospecting and sales activity
- Maintain Dodge report file and follow up on leads
- Settle complaints and resolve disputes
- Responsible for designated sales territory within the greater Tampa area
