Hiring Immediately; PAID WEEKLY; Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday (40-50 Hours); Must be willing to relocate.

• Fast-track into the sales program by experiencing all roles within the branch
• 12 month training program that trains to the core competencies needed to be successful
• Practical hands on, fundamental training with Operations & Sales leadership
• Building your industry knowledge and skills needed to be productive Outside Sales Representatives
• Exposure to multiple Markets, leaderships, and peers that provide personal mentoring and coaching support
• Territory Account Manager position placement upon successful completion of the program

• Previous construction equipment experience is preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and competitive spirit
• Ability to quickly apply new skills
• Be comfortable working both independently and as a member of a team
• Be willing and ready to learn: this position is designed to afford a clear career path and with growth opportunities
• Willing and able to relocate
