POSITION PURPOSE   TCC is transforming the way we communicate with our employees through the evolution of our systems and methods in which our employees receive pertinent information. Our Communications Coordinator will be paramount in working closely with our marketing & communication's team to develop and implement strategies across our more than 2,000 employees along with our franchise and dealer teams. This role works together with several other department leads to fulfill their communication needs, while maintaining organizational objectives in sync with field and corporate teams. In addition, they will be responsible in the development of content for internal campaigns, create communication releases, and help simplify complex messages for easy field consumption. Individual will be responsible for maintaining content within our Microsoft SharePoint communications platform, while providing actionable reporting to department leads. This role will also assist in the research, conceptualization, development, implementation of communications and campaign management from internal stakeholders.
  ESSENTIAL DUTIES   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   1.  Collaborate across departments to achieve brand consistency, company voice and coordination of messages to maintain a consistent cadence of communication 2.  Develop and manage delivery of a comprehensive and coordinated internal communication strategy that supports TCC's goals 3.  Development of a network of internal communication champions within each business unit to stimulate content and provide feedback for internal communication activity 4.  Assist in the oversight of all internal communications systems, ensuring relevant content and tools 5.  Create and publish digital art, visuals, video, and infographics 6.  Assist in the management of employee resources – including but not limited to publishing, archiving, editing, organizing, optimizing with search tags and topics, distributing, managing user base access 7.  Collaborate with departments to plan, launch, and assess specific communication objectives 8.  Develop and manage internal communication programs across a variety of media platforms 9.  Responsible for guiding other departments in appropriate internal communication methods 10. Respond to feedback from field teams and adjust communication content accordingly 11. Act as a gatekeeper of the internal corporate brand, ensuring outgoing messages are consistent, concise, and actionable 12. Further leverage the utilization of Microsoft's communication tools among all employees and partners 13. Create and maintain strong partnerships with recipients/audiences in the field to gather feedback and drive engagement
  REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES   The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job. 
  EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE   • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR or Marketing preferred • Working experience with Microsoft PowerPoint preferred • Excellent communication skills • Driven to ensure work quality meets established standards and guidelines • Collaborative and interacts well with a broad spectrum of individuals • Highly organized and self-motivated; can work independently and has ability to multi-task
  LANGUAGE SKILLS   • High ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing) • Consistently utilizes correct English language, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary • Superior written and verbal communication and copy-editing skills
