**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests/clients. This role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms, ensuring a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels according to the established schedule.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Restock supplies, such as toiletries and linens, and report inventory needs to the supervisor.
- Handle and dispose of waste and recycling according to guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are kept in good condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and seasonal cleaning projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security measures.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning service preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies; familiarity with safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical stamina; ability to lift and carry heavy items, bend, and stand for long periods.
