**Job Title: Memory Care Director**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Director to lead our specialized memory care unit. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and enriching environment for residents with memory impairments, such as Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This leadership position requires a blend of clinical knowledge and managerial expertise to ensure the highest standard of care and quality of life for residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Program Development and Management:** Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive memory care programs that meet the diverse needs of residents while promoting safety, engagement, and dignity.
- **Resident Care Coordination:** Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Ensure the team is well-trained to support residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
- **Team Leadership:** Supervise, mentor, and support a dedicated team of caregivers and support staff. Foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment that prioritizes resident-centered care.
- **Quality Assurance:** Establish and maintain best practices in memory care, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Family Communication:** Establish positive relationships with families, providing updates and education on the progression of the residents' conditions. Encourage family involvement in care planning and activities.
- **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the memory care unit's budget to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial efficiency without compromising care quality.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
