Overview
BlueWater Federal is looking for a Program Manager to support the Directorate of Information Technology Services and Solutions (XT) and the Infrastructure and User Services Division (XTI) of the Headquarters AFOSI at Quantico.
Responsibilities
• Direct the performance of a variety of highly technical projects which may be organized by technology, program or client.
• Oversee the day to day operational support to OSI's HQ and field units. Responsible for project design, marketing, and resource allocation within the client's enterprise. Program areas typically include engineering, integration, test, systems analysis, quality assurance, etc
• Responsible for the effective management of funds and personnel, and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual items.
• Operate within guidance, contractual limitations, and business and policy directives.
• Serve as focal point of contact regarding program activities
• Ensure that all required resources are available for program implementation
• Maintain the development and execution of business activities based on broad, general guidance
• Confer with project manager to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of information technology (IT) project/program management experience
• Must have an active Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired
