About the role

 


You will be a key part of our national support team, responsible for day-to-day office operations, front‑of‑house hospitality, and prompt, helpful internal customer service. You'll manage competing priorities with good judgement, act on your own initiative, and contribute to a calm, efficient workplace.

 


Key responsibilities

 

  • Run day-to-day office operations: supplies, mail and reception, office security protocols, and escalate issues in the right direction
  • Help support and deliver office compliance topics:  Health and Safety, first aid, facilities co-ordination of maintenance
  • Book meeting rooms and support hospitality and front-of-house service: greet visitors, coordinate catering and refreshments
  • Deliver high-quality internal customer service as part of a larger support team: respond to staff requests, deliver internal projects, and support other colleagues where necessary
  • Prioritise tasks and manage workload independently; complete routine administration with minimal supervision
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across functions to support business needs

Essential skills & attributes


 

  • Proven administrative experience and strong organisational skills
  • Service-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritise effectively and work on your own initiative
  • Comfortable managing hospitality and vendor interactions (catering, couriers, orders)
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experienced using online booking/communication tools
  • Team-player mindset with a practical approach to problem solving
