The opportunity
- Full-time ongoing role based in Australia (in office, hybrid or remote)
- Develop and lead strategic change and communications for transformation initiatives
- Collaborate across programs and teams to drive people engagement and adoption
- Build organisational capability through training and tailored communication
Key responsibilities
- Change Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive change management framework that addresses people, processes, and technology.
- Communication Execution: Create clear, consistent communications that convey project objectives and progress to diverse audiences.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster transparency and trust.
- Training and Support: Develop training programs and tools that equip staff with the knowledge and confidence to adopt new systems and ways of working.
- Embedding Change: Support long-term adoption through systems and resources that integrate change into day-to-day operations.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Measure and report on change effectiveness, adoption, and sustainability.
Selection criteria
- Degree in Communications, Change Management, Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required; PMP certification highly regarded
- Minimum 5 years' experience in change management and communications within technology and transformation projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with digital communication tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Intranet)
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability skills
- Results-driven with a passion for embedding sustainable change
