
Description
Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Geospatial Analyst to support our Customs and Border Protection client. Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs data collection, analysis, interpretation, and management duties
- Prepares presentations that reflect the results of the data analysis
- Works with scientists and other technical experts to design and develop statistical analyses methodologies
- Provides specific analysis and research for homeland security mission areas (i.e. critical infrastructure protection, flood risk modeling, law enforcement operations, etc.)
- Prepares assessments of current threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information
- Leads technical demonstrations, exchanges, and other technical presentations on materials and analysis generated
- Provides guidance and work leadership to junior team members
- Maintains knowledge of both current and emerging technologies, capabilities, best practices to perform a whole range of geospatial analyses
- Participates in specialized geospatial analytical projects as required
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be able to pass Customs and Border Protection clearance
