Following our continued success in securing new and interesting projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Information Manager to join our successful Belfast team.
You will be a core member of our team working on multi-disciplinary projects of varying sizes from Education, Healthcare and Infrastructure sectors.
You will report to the Director of Project Management in Belfast and work alongside internal and external team members. You will be expected to work autonomously and as part of the project teams. The role will come with mentoring provided by the Senior members of the Project Management team.
About You
You will be from an Information Management and Coordination background and have experience on collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and manage project information requirements.
You will have an organised and structured approach to technical requirement review and establishing tools to plan, monitor and control project activity. You will be capable of establishing Project Execution documentation and developing bespoke reporting to support team deliverables.
We can be flexible on your background however previous experience in Construction Consultancy and working closely with Clients will be an advantage. You will be willing to undertake and able to meet the pre-requisites to achieve the BIM Project Information Practitioner Qualification. You will also consider further third-party accreditation as part of your career development. As part of our portfolio may need you to achieve Security Clearance, you will be willing to apply for this as part of the role.

Accordingly, your ability to build relationships and to develop and maintain a collaborative team ethos amongst the parties to each project is crucial. Your experience will demonstrate that your personal and people skills are well developed in these areas and that you are already an effective communicator.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Understand and interpret the scope of each project
- Plan and agree project deliverables
- Assemble and manage Project Delivery/Execution documentation
- Manage project information within a Common Data Environment
- Manage deliverables including reporting to the project manager on progress
- Develop bespoke presentation material for projects to demonstrate progress and identify areas for improvement
- Understand and implement quality management processes
- Using IT system to maximise services delivery
- Support the business in planning and optimising technical submissions
Specific areas of practice to support responsibilities will include:
- Data analysis
Defining the process for how data will be captured and managed
Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
Set up and maintain automated data processes
Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
Develop and support reporting processes
Monitor and audit data quality
Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using Power BI / Query reporting tools
Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations - Data optimisation
Excel (from static to dynamic)

Viewpoint for Projects (workflows, project set up, file naming conventions set up) - Data presentation
