Your Role:

The Quality Control Reviewer will work with federal disaster recovery grant programs along with the Program Manager, subject matter experts, and others to implement grant programs that assist residents affected by disasters.

 

The successful candidates will have extraordinary attention to minute detail and be responsible for executing daily administrative, data entry, and reconciliation functions assigned to them under the supervision of the Program Manager. The Quality Control Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing documents to ensure compliance with program requirements.

·       Coordinate with Program Manager or designee for work schedule, priorities, and assigned tasks

·       Follow program standard operating procedures, checklists, and job aids to conduct QA/QC review of application records

·       Review, analyze, and reconcile application documents for grant-funded programs

·       Maintain daily precise administrative records including timesheet and activity logs

·       Adhere to program work schedule provided by Program Manager or designee

·       Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

·       Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.

·       Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

·       Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

·       2+ years of experience in quality control review, program eligibility review, data analytics and/or business administration

·       Previous experience with quality control review, case management, eligibility review, or data analysis required

·       Proficiency in using Microsoft programs including Teams, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Excel required

·       Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred

·       Prior experience with federal grant funding preferred

·       Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administrative background preferred

·       Ability to quickly learn new software systems when needed

·       Ability to create and maintain process automation documentation

·       Must have proficient verbal and written communications skills with the ability to receive and execute instructions

·       Work attentively with minimal supervision

·       Workdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance may be required

·       Have extraordinary attention to detail

·       Adaptable to work on many different deliverables and maintain composure and professionalism

 

Standard Schedule:

·       This is a temporary assignment expected to last 3 months.

·       Work hours are 8 hours per day 5 days per week. 30 Minute Lunch & 2 Fifteen Minute Breaks. This may change based on program needs.

·       Work on the weekend shifts is expected.
