Your Impact:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of science and technology-focused projects, delivering expert technical solutions across healthcare facilities, research institutions, and commercial buildings. Your role will involve developing and implementing technical standards, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring project success. You will play a critical part in driving innovation, improving efficiency, and contributing to sustainable design solutions while supporting project execution from concept to completion.
Your Role:
• Collaborate with the electrical discipline team to provide technical expertise for science and technology-focused projects.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of technical standards within the local office.
• Support Project Managers in overseeing budgets, schedules, and team coordination to ensure project success.
• Participate in MEP systems reviews, engaging with code officials, contractors, architects, and clients to drive compliance and quality.
• Provide technical feedback on electrical standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track training opportunities and promote skill enhancement within the team.
• Apply sustainable design principles to ensure eco-friendly and efficient engineering solutions.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in infrastructure and/or building systems.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Knowledge of OHSPD (HCAI) preferred.
• Strong experience in sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions.
• Proficiency in REVIT is required.
• LEED AP BD+C accreditation and WELL certification preferred.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $165,000
This base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Remember that the listed range is just one component of Glumac's comprehensive compensation package for employees.
