Main Function:
Prepares, coordinates, monitors, and adjusts clinical and support staff schedules across Family and Specialty Practice locations to ensure appropriate staffing levels and operational efficiency.
Oversees staffing resources across multiple geographically dispersed practice sites and serves as the primary resource for daily staffing coordination, workforce deployment, attendance monitoring, payroll administration, schedule management, and workforce planning.
Produces daily, weekly, monthly, and long-range staffing schedules and collaborates with Practice Managers, Nursing Leadership, providers, and staff to optimize staffing resources throughout the ambulatory practice network.
Reviews provider schedules and anticipated operational needs to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and efficient utilization of workforce resources.
Receives and manages daily call-offs, coordinates float staff assignments, identifies staffing solutions, manages attendance-related processes, maintains workforce records, and supports operational continuity across Family and Specialty Practices.
Required Job-Specific Competencies:
Recognized competence in staff scheduling, workforce coordination, and payroll reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage staffing operations across multiple ambulatory practice locations.
Ability to use independent judgment, critical analysis skills, and creativity to solve staffing and operational challenges.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency with scheduling systems, payroll systems, timekeeping software, Microsoft Office applications, and EMRs.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree preferred
- Basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft product (word, excel) required.
- 3-5 years of staffing, scheduling, payroll administration preferred.
- Workforce coordination and healthcare experience preferred.
Pay Range: $20.00-26.00
