This position is hybrid which will require you to be in the office 2-3 times per week. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to the TCU's Corporate Headquarters located in Vacaville, CA.
Summary: The primary purpose of Travis Credit Union's (TCU) Salesforce Product Manager is to drive the growth, evolution, adoption, and innovation of the Salesforce platform ensuring Salesforce is aligned with key business goals. The role will be responsible for creating the Salesforce vision, strategy, and implementation roadmap in alignment with key business partners and business impact. The role will also own the execution of the salesforce strategy and ongoing management of all capabilities on the platform. Profile:
- Works with key business stakeholders to define Salesforce vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Effectively communicates Salesforce priorities and implementation plans to key stakeholders and partners.
- Defines and prioritizes Salesforce product features/enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and partner feedback.
- Drives Salesforce adoption by showing improved business value and ROI of key sales and marketing programs.
- Creates and manages reports/dashboard to allow visibility into utilization and effectiveness of key opportunities for front line team members and managers.
- Coordinates the release planning process, setting clear expectations for delivering new product functionality to the business.
- Creates and maintains a product backlog ensuring transparency with all lines of business partners.
- Creates user stories and acceptance criteria to communicate product requirements to the engineering team.
- Leads stakeholder priority reviews to ensure alignment on timing and coordination with other lines of business.
- Plays an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals.
- Ensures business needs are met by defining feature specifications with the business and communicating the requirements to the development teams.
- Communicates and highlights new Salesforce capabilities on a routine basis to support best practices sharing between lines of business partners.
- Leads business engagement with the Salesforce Account Team, ensuring effective communications and roadmap synchronization.
- Supports Salesforce Training, reporting and adoption in close partnership with Sales Enablement, L&OD, Marketing, Product and Business Analytics teams.
- Collaborates with external Credit Union peers to identify and consider implementing the best practices and innovations in Salesforce.
- Stays up to date with Saleforce industry trends and best practices.
- Keeps abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work at all levels within an organization and with cross-functional teams.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, including ability to balance competing priorities and manage expectations.
- Excellent in data analysis to track Salesforce opportunities and impact.

- Skilled in translating stakeholder needs into user stories and criteria that reflect product goals.
- Solid understanding of the business goals and objectives along with a strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Visionary thinker with a talent for documenting strategy and implementation plans.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile process management tools such as JIRA, Trello, etc.
- Reports directly to assigned department leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field of study; or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Credit Union or financial services industry experience is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years in leading/mentoring junior level team members.
Compensation:
- Grade 21: $135,941.52/annually - $167,918.40/annually is commensurate with experience.
