Certification Details
• AHA Instructor/Provider cards are acceptable for certifications.
• ACLS required for ICU, PCU, NICU, Labor and Delivery.
• BLS required for all RN, LPN, PT, OT, Poly, RT positions.
• PALS is required for applicable units.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for applicable units as per the facility's discretion.
• Tech Cert Verification - National for Allied professionals like MLT, MT, Sleep Tech, and Respiratory Therapist required.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required.
• State License 1 Verification and NURSYS Verification for RN, LPN required.
• NIH Stroke Certification required within 1 year of start for RNs in certain departments.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam and Competency Exam for applicable professions as per internal requirements.
